Hi, I've just bought from you (order ref 113984) and I'm so impressed! I ordered late in the day and the bed arrived the very next morning - in terms of normal business hours it was a turnaround of just three hours! Not only that, but your sales girl and the driver were very courteous and the whole transaction so easy. Purchasing on the internet from an unknown company is always a bit of a gamble but I found every element of Strictly Beds and Bunks service to be absolutely professional. She was extremely helpful & directed me to the correct bed & mattress for my needs without trying to 'up sell' me but rather ensured I made the correct purchase.

Just received delivery of a Mini Single Bed for our 4yr old son as he had grown out of his toddler bed, we had real job finding a bed to fit the small bedroom for our youngest son but found Strictly Beds and Bunks on the internet, we ordered the bed on Sunday and it was delivered at 7.30 on Wednesday morning, the driver rang the evening before to confirm he would be there at 7.30am and he was bang on the dot. We ordered our bunkbeds etc. on Tuesday. Unbelievably, they arrived on Wednesday evening.
The weather was atrocious (monsoon conditions) and your driver, Nick, was amazing. I tried to help him unload in the rain but he insisted that I should stay in the dry while he became soaked to the skin in the dark. He wouldn’t come in to dry off as he still had another delivery to make. And all this after being stuck on the M25 for hours! He had also kept us up to date with his travel progress by telephone.
We cannot thank Nick enough for the service he gave us and we hope that you will make sure that he knows how much we appreciated everything he did and the way in which he did it.
A special mention also for Nicola in sales, whose telephone manner and professionalism are an example to all.

The bed frame arrived at 6am!!! The driver was very pleasant.
It took longer than the estimated time to assemble but got there eventually.

As I mentioned when I called, we had previously been let down and completely messed around by Asda direct (aka Littlewoods direct - when it comes to selling beds!), we did wonder if we would ever find a bed for our spare room! After finding your website on the internet I was a little sceptical, and with crossed fingers I put my faith in the smaller (or not so small now!) internet business and this was repaid by great service, friendly helpful staff and the product fully intact and as expected. I would just like to say how delighted I am with my Mexican Corona 4ft Table, chairs and sideboard.
You were the only supplier that could provide the 4ft size table - other suppliers had to contact me back to say when checking their stock it was either the smaller size table or the 5ft table that they had in stock despite advertising item as 4ft. The chairs and sideboard came made up which was an asset and the delivery charge was very reasonable with very convenient delivery arrangements.
Despite a small problem with first delivery of first Corona table - this was dealt with in a fast, efficient and very satisfactory outcome.
A beautiful set of furniture added to my home at an affordable price and a first class service.
