Sorry to note you intend to return an order. We can ONLY accept returns that are wrapped in the original packaging.

If you have placed your order with Amazon:
Go to manage your orders and select request to return. The collection service is FREE. We will contact you to arrange the delivery day.

If you have placed your order with www.strictlybedsandbunks.co.uk:
Please email your request to help@strictlybedsandbunks.co.uk. PLEASE quote your
delivery numnber to speed up the process.
